These Terms of Use govern access to crealcapital.com, operated by Creal Capital Holdings, doing business as Creal Capital Group ("we," "us," or "our"). They apply to website use, not as a substitute for investment, advisory, financing, or engagement agreements.

Where these terms are presented for acceptance, accepting them forms an agreement governing the relevant website use. If you do not agree, discontinue use. Any separate signed agreement controls its subject matter if it conflicts with these terms. The Website Disclosures explain limitations of website content; the Privacy Policy explains personal information handling and is not a waiver of privacy rights.

Informational use and eligibility

The website provides general information about our business and activities. Before filing a dispute, you may contact info@crealcapital.com to seek resolution. This voluntary contact does not prevent regulatory complaints, required filings, urgent court relief, or timely exercise of legal rights.

Changes to these terms

Revisions will be posted with an updated effective date and apply prospectively as permitted by law. We will provide additional notice or obtain acceptance when required. Changes do not retroactively alter accrued rights or a separate agreement without a valid basis.

General provisions

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent legally permitted. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms govern website use and do not supersede separate agreements governing services, investments, or transactions.
